This is a full-time, on-site position in Greensburg, IN, as a General Grain Elevator and Feed Mill Laborer. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining grain handling and feed mill equipment, unloading and loading grain/feed materials, and ensuring quality control for grain and feed storage. Additional duties may include assisting with facility upkeep, monitoring equipment performance, and adhering to safety and operational procedures.

• Experience with equipment operation and maintenance, particularly in grain elevators and feed mills
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills for handling machinery efficiently
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and quality control standards
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus
• Previous experience in agriculture, grain handling, or feed milling is advantageous but not required
