JOB SUMMARY:
Greensboro College is currently accepting applications for the position of Football Offensive Coordinator. This is a full-time position with benefits. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, a proven ability to recruit, and a commitment to building a championship level program. Duties will include coordination of all phases of the offense, coaching the quarterback position group and being responsible for a recruiting area. Additional responsibilities will include game day management duties and other duties assigned by either the Head Coach or Director of Athletics.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the mission of Greensboro College Athletics
- Recruit qualified student-athletes to the program
- Empower student-athletes to become better individuals on the field, in the classroom, and in the community
- Aid in retention through academic, financial, and athletic monitoring
- Implement proper techniques and safety to position group
- Develop all game plan schematics for the assigned position group
- Delegate weekly evaluation of player personnel
- Work to fulfill all duties assigned by Football Head Coach
- Provide professional development by incorporating current teaching and schematic changes within the assigned specific assignments on game day
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree
- Must demonstrate strong organizational skills
- College Coaching experience preferred
- Highly motivated and personable
- Ability to work in group settings to enhance performance at the highest level
