Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Mowing Crew Lead to oversee and coordinate outdoor grounds maintenance activities. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality lawn care, landscape maintenance, and landscaping projects. Your leadership will ensure efficient operations, adherence to safety standards, and exceptional service delivery across various outdoor environments.
Duties
- Supervise and direct a crew responsible for lawn mowing, landscaping, and grounds maintenance tasks
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers & trimmers
- Manage outdoor work sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and environmental standards
- Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to construction projects and job sites
- Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks such as pruning, planting, fertilizing, and etc
Skills
- Proven experience in lawn care
- Strong supervising and team management skills with the ability to lead a crew effectively
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Familiarity with grounds upkeep standards
- Strong outdoor work ethic with physical stamina
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely
