Inventory Specialist

**CANNABIS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE / METRC EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED**

```Duties```
- Oversee inventory control processes and procedures to ensure accurate and efficient management of inventory.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather information on inventory needs, including sales, procurement, and distribution.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track and monitor inventory levels, locations, and movements.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate with retail management team to develop strategies for product placement and promotion.
- Implement process improvements to streamline inventory management processes and increase efficiency.
- Monitor distribution center operations to ensure timely delivery of inventory to retail locations.

```Qualifications```

- METRC experienced PREFERRED
- Previous experience in inventory control or related field strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of management systems and inventory tracking software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
