- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
- Provide information about different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or issues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of marijuana strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously
- Proficient in using electronic devices such as tablets or smartphones for sales transactions
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
