đź“Š About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is essential to driving sound financial management across the organization. You’ll work on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support decision-making and ensure compliance with nonprofit and grant accounting standards.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Generate and analyze financial statements for GreenPath and its affiliates
- Perform variance analysis between actual, budgeted, projected, and prior year results
- Build and maintain forecasting models for Debt Management Plans and Creditor Contributions
- Develop costing models for business lines, departments, and grants
- Support internal and external audits, including Single Audit compliance
- Design and deliver management reports that inform strategic decisions
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with nonprofit financial regulations and grant reporting is a plus
