Compensation: $22/hr - $26/hr
Purpose:
Performs a full range of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties, including check & ACH processing, AR reconciliation, FileBound support and other accounting support.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares daily bank deposits and reconciles cash count to GL
- Record accounts payable vouchers for corporate departments.
- Enter daily cash receipts and apply ROA.
- Order office supplies and forms for store.
- Monitor and manage centralized Amazon and Business supply process for all locations.
- Manages weekly corporate accounts payable check and ACH/EFT runs, managing payment distribution, whether mail, online or NACHA.
- Reconciliation of vendor balances to monthly vendor statements.
- Assist in identifying 1099 payees for year-end reporting.
- Provide customers with invoice copies when requested via email.
- Reconcile GreenMark account receivable accounts – customer, parts, and warranty.
- Assist in setting up customers in business system and market JDF Multi-Use account usage.
- Miscellaneous admin projects and support as requested.
Qualifications
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Associate’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
- Solid accounting knowledge, accounts payable and accounts receivable focus
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Microsoft Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
- FileBound knowledge a plus
