The Role
We're looking for a Talent Assistant who will report to one of our Senior Coordinators or Managers and assist in the day-to-day management of Greenlight's roster.
On a given day you might...
- Support the Managers and Senior Coordinators in managing Greenlight's creators by organizing daily schedules, brand deliverables, and ad-hoc requests
- Ensure all brand opportunities are presented, managed, and executed smoothly and efficiently
- Engage with Greenlight creators, their content platforms, and their communities to better understand and serve our clients
- Be a relentless advocate for each creator's interests and needs amongst internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure proper prioritization, support, and alignment of resources
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and interest in Youtube and Tiktok.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
- Available from 10 AM EST to 6 PM EST on weekdays
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral
- Ability to handle sensitive personal information
- Superb attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn
