Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Point, OH, for a Retail General Manager at Greenlight Dispensary. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service standards, manage inventory and inventory compliance, and lead, coach, and motivate staff. Responsibilities include preparing and managing budgets, attaining sales and performance goals, and maintaining operational efficiency while fostering a positive, customer-centric environment. The General Manager will also ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold Greenlight’s mission of providing an exceptional and welcoming cannabis experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in P&L Management and Business Planning to drive profitability and make informed financial decisions.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee daily workflows, inventory control, and compliance measures effectively.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create excellent experiences and build lasting relationships.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team coaching, mentoring, and motivation to foster a positive work environment.
- Knowledge of cannabis dispensary operations and familiarity with state and local cannabis regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage a dynamic work environment.
