What does a Creative Marketing Specialist do?
Well, you’ll be the creative engine behind our marketing efforts—designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple brands and channels. You’ll work closely with leadership and the marketing team to keep our branding sharp, our messaging consistent, and our ideas fresh.
What you’ll be doing:
- Designing marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva (digital, social, email, web, and internal)
- Maintaining brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Bringing fresh ideas, visuals, and creative direction to campaigns
- Creating, scheduling, and managing content across major social media platforms
- Helping plan and execute social campaigns while tracking performance
- Designing and building marketing emails using modern email tools and templates
- Applying basic HTML or software-assisted tools to customize email layouts
- Supporting email campaign testing and optimization
- Assisting with analytics, reporting, and performance tracking in CRM and marketing platforms
- Collaborating with internal teams to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables
- Attending team meetings and providing consistent follow-through
