- Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as necessary

- Arizona LBA certification (BCBA) required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and procedures, including developmental and behavioral interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
