This is a full-time, on-site Pesticide Applicator role located in Arlington, VA. The Pesticide Applicator will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective application of herbicides, fertilizers, fungicides, turf grass seeds, core aeration, and other services to maintain landscapes, comply with environmental and safety standards, and best practices for turf manage. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment, mixing and applying pesticides, assessing turf, documenting treatments, and adhering to relevant environmental regulations. The role requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in pesticide application, turf management, and landscaping
- Familiarity with the use of equipment and tools for mixing and applying pesticides, as well as routine maintenance of such equipment
- Understanding of safety standards related to handling chemicals and ensuring an environmentally responsible application process
- Ability to comply with environmental laws and regulations and a commitment to achieving zero incidents of workplace accidents
- Effective communication and organizational skills to document treatments and report on progress
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Relevant certifications for pesticide application or willingness to obtain them as required
- Previous experience in a similar role or experience in the turf management / soil sciences industry is a plus
