Description: Greenleaf Landscaping & Tree Care is looking for a new Arborist/Sales professional to join their team. Sales areas to include New York City and occasionally Nassau County. The ideal candidate is driven, self-directed, has a passion for plant care, expertise in tree identification and risk assessment and outstanding customer service skills.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Service and grow current and prospective clients
- Provide on-site estimates for tree care
- Develop new business, prepare and present proposals
- Monitor trees and diagnose problems
- Set-up crews, supervise work being performed and complete jobs while enforcing safety policies
Requirements:
- Must have hands-on knowledge of trees and ornamentals.
- Tree estimating experience & ability to price out jobs
- 10 years in the tree care industry
- Valid driver’s license is required
- ISA arborist certification is preferred
