Role Description
The Customer Loyalty Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Orem, UT, dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience and retention. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing exceptional support, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Specialists will also analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and contribute to creating lasting relationships with customers.
