Greenix is hiring motivated and goal-driven students to join our Summer Sales Program. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in professional sales, communication, and leadership while earning performance-based income.
As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to educate them on pest control services and help them find solutions that fit their needs. This role is ideal for students who are competitive, outgoing, coachable, and interested in careers in sales, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with homeowners through direct, face-to-face communication
• Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment services
• Generate and manage sales leads
• Track performance and meet weekly activity goals
• Attend training and professional development sessions
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• No prior sales experience required (full training provided)
Compensation:
Performance-based pay with uncapped earning potential. Average intern typically earns between $10,000–$30,000 over the summer. Housing is provided
