Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text, solving problems with a focus on solutions.
- Assist with inquiries, order entry, and fabric research.
- Support various projects across departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Master and utilize essential technology platforms such as FACTS, Google Docs, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office.
- Continuously expand your fabric knowledge to better serve our customers.
- Other duties as assigned—flexibility and adaptability are key.

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
