Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by offering exceptional customer service through phone, email, and text.
- Relentlessly pursue new opportunities and partners while nurturing existing relationships.
- Uncover customer needs, offer tailored solutions, and showcase new fabric collections.
- Engage in strategic sales calls, even when the conversation gets tough.
- Fuel opportunity, secure orders, and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Perform detailed fabric research to advise interior designers and upholsterers.
- Master our ERP system (FACTS), CRM and other software tools to streamline processes.
- Collaborate with team members to maximize every sales opportunity.
- Occasional Travel
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with clients at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Open to growth, feedback, and thriving in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Knowledge of textiles or the interior design/upholstery industry is a plus but not mandatory.
