Greenfield Rehabilitation Agency is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our therapy services at our newly acquired senior campuses in Pigeon Falls and Whitehall, WI. This is a great opportunity for a compassionate and skilled SLP looking for flexible hours in a supportive, therapist-led environment.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Accurately document services per regulatory and company standards
What You Need:
-
Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA CCCs
-
Excellent communication and documentation skills
-
A passion for working with older adults in skilled nursing settings
-
Flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented attitude
