What You’ll Do:

Assist Physical Therapists in providing individualized care to residents across multiple senior communities

Implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and independence

Support residents with functional activities, exercises, and daily living skills

Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to PTs
-
Collaborate with staff, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care

Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school with a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
-
Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Wisconsin

Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for improving lives
