What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional approach

Coordinate therapy appointment schedules and assist with calendar management

Support patient transport and therapist communication

Handle basic administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and supply tracking

Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure a smooth, efficient workflow
