Objectives & Goals: Greenfield Contractors is seeking a full-time Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate will know everyone in the grain and processing industry sectors. The Business Development Manager will serve as a major team player to continue to bring Greenfield Contactors forward as a leading national contractor in the grains and processing industries in our next phase of business growth.
This position will allow freedom of schedule and will be focused on results achieved by the Business Development Manager.
Essential Duties
• Understand market insights to stay ahead of the trends.
• Provide quoting opportunities for the company allowing company revenue to double in three years.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, community groups and partnering business.
• Conduct regular onsite visits and promotional events to attract new business and deepen existing relations.
• Identify opportunities for growth in new and existing markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop target campaigns and materials.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline of projects and service contractors.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids to prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solution in construction, service and maintenance.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies, pricing and revenue goals.
Education/Experience Requirements

*Proven ability to develop accounts and exceed sales targets.

Position can be based in Princeville, Illinois, Clermont, Iowa, or Sabetha, Kansas. Regular travel required.
