Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills.
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and take detailed messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area, ensuring all office supplies are stocked and accessible.
- Assist with office management duties including supply ordering, mail distribution, and maintaining office protocols.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold professional standards of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Experience
Candidates should have prior experience working in an office environment with a focus on reception or administrative support roles. Experience with front desk operations, multi-line phone system.
