We are looking for reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our landscaping team. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform manual labor in all weather conditions.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors for extended periods
- No tolerance for laziness, excuses, or drama — we value a straightforward, get-the-job-done attitude
- Experience in landscaping or similar outdoor labor preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team and follow direction without constant supervision
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
