Description
As an independent contractor, you’ll receive consistent assignments at commercial properties, allowing you to focus on what you do best—keeping sites safe and clear during winter weather events.
Responsibilities
- Perform timely and efficient snow plowing for assigned commercial properties.
- Apply salt and de-icing products (if equipped with salter).
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when dispatched.
- Maintain equipment in safe, working condition.
- Follow property-specific service requirements and safety standards.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and completion.
Requirements
- Must provide own truck with plow (and salter if available).
- Proven experience in snow plowing and/or ice management.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to respond during winter weather events (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
