Pay: $90,000–$100,000/year bonus eligible multiple times per year!
Experience: At least 5 years of payroll management experience in a multi-state, high-volume environment, including people leadership.
Education: Bachelor's degree is required.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m

- Lead and oversee weekly payroll processing and final pay cycles.
- Manage payroll changes related to contracts, prevailing wages, and eligibility updates.
- Execute payroll corrections, off-cycle payments, and year-end processing.
- Oversee payroll onboarding, offboarding, and final pay administration.
- Ensure payroll compliance across multi-state jurisdictions and contracts.
- Execute payroll reporting, audits, and variance analysis.
- Supervise payroll staff and manage daily team operations.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax, wage and hour, and compliance regulations.
- Experience managing payroll systems, reporting, and data audits.
- Ability to handle complex payroll scenarios, including commissions and bonuses.
- Proven analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
