Job Description:
- Partner with executive leadership at start-up and growth-stage companies to build and scale People operations.
- Design and implement Human Resources systems, processes, and programs from the ground up.
- Provide strategic Human Resources guidance across the full employee life cycle.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding processes.
- Develop and maintain compensation structures using market data and job analyses.
- Oversee employee benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and documentation standards.
- Fluency in Mandarin is required.
- Experience supporting multiple client organizations simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources operations, compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Proven ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
