- Identify key decision-makers and prospect new clients through calls, networking, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct territory research to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop, deliver, and negotiate customized proposals for security staffing contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and association meetings as a company representative.
- Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.
- Maintain activity notes and opportunity data within Salesforce.
- Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet revenue goals.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Oregon and Washington.
