Greene Resources is seeking a Benefits Engagement Consultant to join a growing and dynamic team! The Benefits Engagement Consultant will support a book of business, derived through capacity modeling and market nuances, that helps to drive growth, retention, and convergence efforts. The role will also spearhead innovative solutions, provide year-round engagement support, and serve as the point of contact for all Engagement and Education-related inquiries deriving from their book of business. This role will report directly into the National Engagement and Education Practice, maintaining a close partnership with local account teams. This role's effectiveness will be measured through strategic activity tracking in D365, which is tied to revenue, retention on their BOB, close ratio for finalist meeting participation, as well as anecdotal internal and external feedback.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Manage a book of business:
- Effectively manage a client-facing book of business and support Engagement & Education-related efforts as part of a broader account team
- Develop and execute year-round, multi-channel engagement strategies beyond open enrollment and measure success by providing utilization reporting
- Support sales process through custom RFP support, prospect meetings, and finalist presentations in partnership with the Engagement Manager
- Increase strategic wellbeing consulting knowledge and identify opportunities to expand employee engagement as it relates to total population health and wellbeing within Education & Engagement
- Ensure both communications and population health are well represented within client meetings
- Understand and articulate engagement and education tools, resources, and solutions across business lines
- Support Employee Value Perception Study deployments, but strategically position the study as an opportunity to recalibrate spend and reinvest in the workforce
- Triage market requests to appropriate resources and a menu of services that help to drive adoption of national resources and/cross departmental solutions
- Develop and provide thoughtful solutions, inclusive of vendor partnerships, and drive innovation
- Maintain ongoing connections with local market sales and retention leadership teams to account for all market nuances
- Disseminate and reinforce best practices, resources, and training from the National Engagement team and through a multi-channel approach aligned with market infrastructure
- Responsive, client-focused, and constantly striving to deliver for our clients through our team

- Strong understanding of all engagement solutions across all OneDigital business lines
- Willingness to travel 30%
- Reside in CT, MA, or NY
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or a relevant field
- Experience within communications, population health, wellbeing, or employee experience field
- Experience and knowledge of working in Canva and Simplebooklet
- Life and Health Producers license a plus
