Experience: At least 3 years in account management or a consultative role; broker agency or benefits administration experience; Life & Health license required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Greene Resources is seeking an Account Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Manage and maintain an assigned book of business.
- Serve as the primary contact for benefit-related client needs.
- Lead renewal processes in collaboration with Benefits Consultants/Client Executives.
- Conduct needs analyses, strategy calls, and enrollment meetings.
- Advise clients on cost-effective and competitive benefit options.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication.
- Manage complex accounts and high-level service deliverables.
- Provide leadership within the extended service team.
Position Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to work strategically with clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
