- Data entry (receipts and invoices from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors)
- Balancing monthly account statements for vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Oversight of Accounts Payable
- Tracking subcontract and purchase order totals vs amounts paid.
- Employee time card entry/tracking.
- Payroll processing
- Weekly payroll tax and liability reporting and payments.
Secondary roles of this part-time position may include: answering phones, filing, copying, and other general office duties.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
