Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide exceptional support and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Assist clients with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks using QuickBooks software to enter orders and product invoices for customers and maintain up-to-date records
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive interactions with clients and team members
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and typing accuracy. (45 WPM Minimum Typing Speed)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to handle outbound calling effectively and maintain professional phone etiquette
- Experience with data entry tasks, analysis skills, and attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Knowledge of customer service principles, client engagement strategies, and cash handling procedures is advantageous
