We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Server to join our team at Windsor of Savoy, Illinois. As a key member of our dining services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional formal table service to our residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and formal table service to residents and guests during mealtimes and catered functions.
- Assist with food preparation, set-up, and clean-up to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Respond to resident requests and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Ensure food is presented and served according to established standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. Must be at least 16 years old. Food Handler Certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members, and a passion for serving others in a formal dining setting.
- Physical & Mental Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform repetitive motions. Must be able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening.
