Job Description:
RNs will provide consistent high-quality care in a nursing home setting, by identifying resident needs and progress, medical assessments and promotion of team approach to resident care.
Duties Include:
- Provide support to STNAs with resident care and charting.
- Perform routine nursing care measures, including vital signs, weight and food intake monitoring, and behavior monitoring when appropriate.
- Administer medications and treatments and perform appropriate diagnostic tests as ordered.
- Informed and knowledgeable of each resident's care needs and ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse by the State of Ohio, RN
- Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 60 pounds frequently.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Rate of pay based on experience.
- 1st shift- 6am-6pm
