At Greencroft Communities, You’ll Partner With Leadership To

• Support HR programs including compensation, benefits, and employee relations
• Assist with salary benchmarking and job structure development
• Help ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices
• Contribute to training, policy updates, and organizational initiatives
  
  

You’ll work closely with the CHRO while also building strong relationships with campus teams.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is

• Experienced in HR leadership or supervision
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Comfortable working across multiple HR functions
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• HR leadership experience, including supervision
• SHRM certification preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
