What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Greencastle VFW Post 6319?
· Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
· Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu.
· Cook food on the grill, fryer, broiler and other kitchen equipment as needed with the support of the kitchen staff
· Report to the kitchen manager and follow instructions.
· Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
· Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
· Basic written and verbal communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Accuracy and speed in executing tasks
· Ability to work as a team member
· Follows directions and instructions

Must be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings 4-9pm
