Greenboard is building the “Rippling” for financial compliance and operations. Our goal: enable regulated financial firms to run their back office at a higher standard with half the headcount. We’re starting with financial compliance.
Our founding team includes engineers who scaled products at Amazon, Google, and several unicorn startups. We’re backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Base10 and other fantastic investors, and have raised $4.8 million to date. Brand-name financial institutions already rely on Greenboard, and we’re growing quickly.
Role overview
As Greenboard’s Founding Operations Associate , you’ll be the connective tissue between Sales and Engineering. You will:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding journey, turning signed deals into delighted live customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer questions, triage issues, and translate feedback into clear, actionable tickets for engineering.
- Build repeatable processes, playbooks, and metrics to ensure every customer launch is smooth, fast, and measurable.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects—new feature roll-outs, migrations, compliance deadlines—so nothing slips through the cracks.
Qualifications
- 1–4 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Operations, or Consulting for a B2B SaaS company (fintech or compliance a plus)
- Exceptional verbal & written communication—you translate complex concepts into plain English for non-technical users
- Proven project-management chops: you hit deadlines, balance multiple accounts, and keep stakeholders aligned
- Comfortable working with technical teams; Some SQL knowledge or willingness to learn.
- Experience with modern GTM and workflow tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Data Studio)
- Data-driven mindset—able to define metrics, build simple reports, and surface trends
- Hustle & ownership mentality suited to an early-stage startup; you see a problem and fix it before being asked
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
