Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labor/Maintenance worker to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of maintenance tasks and general labor duties to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials and supplies.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist other team members with various tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in general labor or maintenance preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Work Environment

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
