Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Foodrunner to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The Foodrunner plays a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to the guests, maintaining excellent communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, and providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to guests' tables.
• Assist servers by clearing plates and resetting tables as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with restocking supplies and condiments as necessary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift and carry trays or plates weighing up to 25 lbs.

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
