Overview: We are currently looking for a OMMA employee credentialed, knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to become part of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cannabis products and be passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers in a retail environment. Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting suitable marijuana products based on their needs and preferences - Provide detailed information about different strains, potency levels, and consumption methods - Execute sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge - Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products Qualifications: - Previous experience working in a cannabis dispensary or similar setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with diverse clientele - Strong communication skills to convey product information effectively - Knowledge of basic math for inventory management and sales transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving a diverse customer base Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience conducting product demonstrations or promotions - Background in retail sales, particularly in electronics or wireless sales - Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries If you are enthusiastic about the cannabis industry, possess the required qualifications, and are eager to provide exceptional service to customers seeking marijuana products, we invite you to apply for this rewarding Marijuana Budtender position.
