Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming trees, installing hardscape features, and maintaining gardens
- Use equipment like zeroturn mowers, Dingo, Weedwhips,etc.
- Conduct lawn care activities including fertilizing, aerating, and watering to promote lush growth
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, and adjusting components for optimal performance
- Assist with tree care including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and aesthetics
- Support landscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape materials, and planting new greenery
Requirements
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have Drivers License.
- Responsible and communicate efficiently.
- Be able to utilize CRM programs
- Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions; stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and digging
- Knowledge of tree care techniques such as trimming and pruning for health and safety purposes
- Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and repair is a plus
- Experience with snow plowing or winter maintenance is advantageous but not required
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
