Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, providing recommendations when needed
• Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to proper food handling and safety standards
• Clear tables efficiently, ensuring the dining area remains clean and inviting throughout service
• Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by the kitchen staff, supporting smooth operation during peak hours
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including dietary options and special requests, to enhance guest satisfaction
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices at all times to ensure a safe dining environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments during busy lunch periods
• Hospitality or dietary aide experience is a plus for understanding guest needs and dietary accommodations
• Barista experience or background in food preparation can be beneficial for supporting diverse service needs
