The Green Mountain Inn is looking for a full-time morning front desk associate who brings genuine warmth to every guest interaction. Someone who loves this beautiful destination enough to send guests to their favorite trailheads, lunch spots, and swimming holes.
This is a morning shift, meaning your afternoons and evenings are free. Plenty of daylight left for Mt. Hunger, or the Babcock Preserve, or a swim in Lake Eden.
We're after outgoing, upbeat people who thrive on conversation and problem-solving, not just someone who can check a box on "guest service experience."
During your shift, you will be asked to:
- Welcome our guests and check them in/out with a friendly manner
- Resolve guest issues as they arise
- Enter guest requests in our housekeeping/maintenance software
- Ring in retail purchases
Hospitality experience is not required, but it is a plus! The Inn hires from within for promotions; many managers started their careers at the Front Desk, so excellence demonstrated in this position offers the opportunity for career growth.
