What You'll Do:
As a Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you’ll play a vital role in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems on a wide range of commercial and industrial projects. You’ll work closely with customers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure systems run smoothly and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair commercial/industrial HVAC systems, including multi-zone heating and cooling.
- Perform startups and warranty service for a variety of commercial systems.
- Inspect, test, and repair components such as compressors, motors, fans, and controls.
- Service refrigeration, air conditioning, heating, and humidity control systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and schematics.
- Communicate with customers and provide service recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Assist in HVAC and plumbing system installations as needed.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Familiarity with boiler systems is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Capable of working independently and delivering excellent customer service.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
