- Anticipate upcoming needs, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain proactive communication with the litigation team.
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably involving complex commercial or business litigation.
- Strong working knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure, and applicable local court rules.
- Hands-on experience with federal and state court electronic filing systems.
- Experience managing litigation calendars, deadlines, and discovery.
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including complex formatting, tables of authorities, and track changes.
- Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, including Bates labeling, redaction, bookmarking, and preparing documents for electronic filing.
- Strong writing, proofreading, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage responsibilities while supporting multiple attorneys.
