Tow Dispatcher / Office help

Job Description:
Joie Enterprises LLC is seeking reliable and motivated Dispatchers to join our growing towing operation. This position is critical to daily operations and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

We operate in a fast-paced environment, and dispatchers regularly handle high call volume, time-sensitive situations, and occasionally difficult or upset customers. The right candidate must be professional, composed, and confident on the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and dispatch drivers efficiently
• Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, police departments, and property managers
• Accurately enter and update calls in the system
• Read and understand maps and GPS routing
• Help create contracts, authorizations, and related paperwork
• Process vehicles in the system, including intake and release documentation
• Maintain professionalism when dealing with upset or rude customers
• Multitask and prioritize calls in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type accurately and work on a computer
• Ability to read maps and understand locations
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Dependable and punctual
• Prior towing or dispatch experience preferred
• TowBook experience is a plus

Schedule:

• Day, night, and weekend shifts available
• Full-time and part-time positions available

Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced dispatch environment. Calls can be back-to-back, situations can change quickly, and customers may be frustrated or upset. We are looking for someone who can remain professional, focused, and composed at all times.
