Green Lightning Cannabis is looking for a Sales Account Coordinator to support our sales team and help keep orders moving smoothly from submission to delivery. This is an in-person role based at our Cinnaminson, NJ facility.
This position supports Sales Representatives by handling order entry, coordination, and follow-up so the sales team can stay focused on selling and relationship building. The Sales Account Coordinator works closely with Sales, Inventory, and Fulfillment to ensure accuracy, availability, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Receive completed orders from Sales Representatives and enter them accurately into Canix
- Review orders for pricing, discounts, promotions, and sample allocations
- Communicate with accounts if items are out of stock and coordinate substitutions when needed
- Confirm delivery dates and coordinate scheduling with accounts
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Inventory, and Fulfillment teams
- Assist with additional sales or inventory tasks as needed during high-volume periods
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Experience with order entry, inventory systems, or CRM platforms preferred
- Experience using Canix is a plus
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 80.0 per week
