Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full Time ( 1099 and Part Time W2 Available)

Green Light Speech & Language Services is a growing, clinician-led private practice that values great therapy, strong relationships, and a supportive team culture. We specialize in feeding therapy and orofacial myology, with a focus on understanding the why behind speech and feeding challenges—not just treating symptoms.

We’re looking for an SLP who wants to do meaningful work, collaborate with a thoughtful team, and have flexibility within a well-structured role.

What This Role Looks Like

• Full-time W-2 position
• 50% productivity goal within a 40-hour work week
• About 20 hours of direct client care
• Mostly 30-minute sessions (occasional 45-minute sessions)
• After-school availability (3:00–5:30 PM) is needed initially (up to 5 days/week); this can decrease as your caseload builds
• Non-billable work (documentation, planning, calls, training) can be completed in the clinic or wherever you work best

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing speech, feeding, and/or myofunctional therapy
• Completing evaluations and documentation (notes are expected to be done in session whenever possible)
• Collaborating weekly with the team to review cases and brainstorm ideas
• Communicating with families and school teams
• Traveling to local preschools/schools as needed (mileage reimbursed)
• Helping support clinic programs like groups or camps as your schedule allows
• Occasionally contributing to social media or content (optional, caseload-dependent)

What We’re Looking For

• A licensed (or license-eligible) SLP
• Someone who values collaboration, clinical growth, and strong relationships
• Comfort working after school hours
• Interest in feeding therapy and/or orofacial myology (experience is a plus, training provided)
• Organized, communicative, and team-oriented
