Why work with Expressive Speech and Voice Therapy?
As a small, therapist-owned company, we get it. We love our jobs as therapists but we don't love the crazy caseloads and unrealistic productivity requirements. We are selective about the organizations we collaborate with to ensure they are supportive and have reasonable expectations. We believe in creating sustainable positions that allow therapists to do the work they are passionate about without burning out.
Current employees report that the collaborative environment, hours, and caseload levels are great for work-life balance!
