Overview
We are a high-volume consumer direct refinance lender actively scaling our sales team. This role is not self-generated and is not purchase-focused. It is designed for loan officers who thrive on inbound calls, fast pace, structured process, and coaching.
If you are comfortable handling high call volume, pulling credit consistently, and closing refinance loans in a disciplined system, this role can be extremely lucrative and a fast track to leadership.
Important: This role is not a fit for self-generating or referral-based loan officers.
What You’ll Be Doing
Taking inbound refinance application calls from direct mail campaigns
Working a high-volume lead flow with AI assistance for missed calls and follow-ups
Running full refinance calls: goals → credit → income/assets → solution → close
Pulling credit frequently and managing a clean, active pipeline
Working within a structured consumer direct model with daily expectations and coaching

Required Experience (Read Carefully)
Licensed mortgage loan originator
Recent refinance experience is required
Proven history of handling company-provided refinance leads
Comfortable with high call volume and frequent credit pulls
Experience in a call-center or consumer direct environment strongly preferred
Candidates without refinance lead experience will not be considered.
