Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Store Manager with a salary starting at $100k plus depending on experience and other factors located in Nashville, TN. The Jewelry Store Manager duties include but are not limited to: oversee day-to-day operations, ensure outstanding customer service, manage store associates, schedules,training and maintain inventory control. Responsibilities also include sales management, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills
- Store Management experience
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
